The Kelty Contractor Directory is a short, opinionated list of the tradespeople we've personally hired, referred neighbors to, and would call again. It exists because the single most common question Mark Kelty has heard for 40+ years is, "do you know a good ___?" Now, with our partners at 3G Teamwork, we've put the answer in one place.
How a contractor lands here

Nobody pays to be in this directory. If a contractor stops meeting the bar, they come off the list — no exceptions.
